Hanoi, May 21, 2024 – The State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) has officially granted Certificate No. 137/GCN-UBCK for the public offering registration of the Golden Dragon Equity Growth Fund (GDEGF), an open-end equity fund managed by HDCapital.
According to the license:
- Minimum charter capital: VND 50 billion (fifty billion Vietnamese dong)
- Par value of fund certificates: VND 10,000 (ten thousand Vietnamese dong)
- Type of fund: Open-end fund
The certificate took effect immediately upon signing.
