On January 7, 2025, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) granted Certificate No. 16/GCN-UBCK to FinHub Financial Technology Joint Stock Company (FinHub FT JSC), officially authorizing the company to distribute public fund certificates.

According to the license, FinHub is permitted to distribute fund certificates only at the distribution locations registered with the SSC and disclosed in the prospectus of the respective investment funds.

Established in 2022, FinHub FT JSC is registered under business license No. 0110122755, issued by the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment on September 20, 2022.
